I built cpprestsdk from source, but I don't know where to to find it so I can #include it

As the title says, I've built the C++ REST SDK from source with VS2015, but I don't know where to find the files to #include.

When I cloned GitHub repository to download Casablanca to my laptop, it downloaded into C:\Windows\System32\casablanca, and Visual Studio, the normal and Developer Command Prompt, and the Windows PowerShell can't find it. They think it doesn't exist.

Please help me figure out how to #include the necessary files into my program and build it correctly, from Visual Studio and also from the Command Prompt (I'd also like to be able to build it using Clang on the VS2015 Developer Command Prompt, since I've installed LLVM on my machine as well).
