samples on linux

are these supposed to compile? they don't for me ...

not sure why this is happening but in order to get the following line of code to compile with gcc-4.9.2 :

auto fileBuffer = std::make_shared<streambuf<uint8_t>>(); (from bingrequest.cpp)

I had to explicitly qualify streambuf as 'concurrency::streams::streambuf', even though 'using namespace concurrency::streams' was previously specified.

I'm seeing things like this in various places....

Hi mlabs,

I haven't tried compiling the C++ REST SDK with the GCC 4.9 yet, there could potentially be some issues that need to be worked out. Please consider contributing back if you make any fixes.

If I get some time in the next week I'll take a look at updating our build machines to a newer version.
