Boost Installation Issue for SDK on Ubuntu

I've created a fresh installation of Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS 64-bit. My expectation was that the C++ REST SDK document "Setup and Build on Linux" would contain complete and accurate instructions. The document says Boost will install using:
sudo apt-get install libxml++2.6dev libboost1.48-dev libssl-dev
In fact, the above command did not seem to install all the requisite Boost components. Nor was this command adequate:
sudo apt-get install libboost-all-dev
What did work was to manually specify every boost component that was reported as not found. I manually entered five or so commands. For example, I had to execute this command:
sudo apt-get install libboost-filesystem1.48-dev
Similar commands were needed to install other missing Boost components; thread, system and locale.

Hi BSalita,

Thank you very much for bringing this problem to our attention! I've fixed the errors on the instructions.

The package needed was in fact "libboost1.48-all-dev". The previous package listed (libboost1.48-dev) only suggests installing the required components, but does not require it.
